House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s Husband Paul Officially Charged by Napa County DA – Faces Up to 5 Years in Jail

Paul Pelosi, husband of Speaker Nancy Pelosi, was formally charged with a DUI misdemeanor after his May arrest for driving drunk.

The blood sample was tested at 0.82% when he was arrested.

Napa County DA files DUI misdemeanor charges against Paul Pelosi after his May arrest. Says his blood sample was .082%. If convicted, punishment could be 5 yrs probation o5 5 days in jail. To be arraigned in court on August 3.
